Active in commercial construction since 1983, Brian McPherson founded Broadmoor Partners in March of 2009. Previously a Partner at Cole Project Management, Brian was responsible for considerably increasing the company’s market share while broadening client base and further developing relationships throughout the real estate and construction industries. In advance of his five years at Cole, Brian served as Director of Project Management Services at Julian J. Studley Real Estate, managing all Project Management activities in the North West US region. Prior to Studley, Brian was Director of Real Estate Operations for CMGi, the Andover, Massachusetts based Dotcom venture capital firm, where he oversaw leasing, development and operations of multiple facilities in major markets across the United States.

Brian founded Broadmoor Partners in March of 2009. Previously a Partner at Cole Project Management, he was responsible for considerably increasing the company’s market share while broadening the client base and further developing relationships throughout the real estate and construction industries. In advance of his five years at Cole, Brian served as Director of Project Management Services in the San Francisco office of Julian J. Studley Real Estate, managing all Project Management activities in the North West US region. Prior to Studley, he was Director of Real Estate Operations for Engage/CMGi, the Andover, Massachusetts based Dotcom venture capital firm, where he coordinated leasing activities, development and operations of multiple facilities in major markets across the United States. Active in commercial construction since 1983, Brian has also held the position of Senior Estimator and Project Manager at Carli Construction; a San Francisco based commercial General Contractor.
